6. Returns and Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • In its original packaging with all tags and accessories.
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.

  3. Package your item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories, and include the RAN on the outside of the package.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
