Returns & Exchanges

At LICA Clothing Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy. Please read the following information carefully to understand our process.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Bikini Sets
  • Bikini Tops
  • Swimdress Sets
  • Swimdress Tops

Returns & Exchanges Process

Follow these steps to return or exchange an item:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions.
  2. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Include the RAN on the outside of the package.
  3. Ship Your Item: Send the package to the following address:

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, please indicate the desired size or color in your email. We will process the exchange once the returned item is received and inspected. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability.
